Lhia Car Show Tour – Donate for a Chance to Win Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

• This donation campaign aims to raise funds for the Lhia Car Show Tour. The selected winner of each draw will receive a meet-and-greet package as described below, including exclusive merchandise.

2. Prize Details

• Show Tickets: Two (2) entry tickets to the Lhia Car Show event in the specified city.

• One-on-One Tour: A guided tour with Cate and Rodney, showcasing Lhia and providing an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the car’s details and history. This tour will last approximately one (1) hour. Cate and Rodney will coordinate with the winner to agree on a suitable time, as there are limitations on when they can access the car display area.

• Dinner with Cate and Rodney: The winner and their guest will join Cate and Rodney for dinner at a nearby restaurant (to be specified at least two weeks before the event). This dinner experience, shared with Cate and Rodney, will last up to two (2) hours. A $100 allowance toward the meal and drinks is included in the prize; any additional costs beyond $100 will be the responsibility of the winner.

• Merchandise: Two (2) t-shirts and two (2) hoodies in the winner’s choice of sizes. Available designs and sizes will be shared with the winner, and the merchandise will be shipped to the winner’s home address prior to the event.

• The prize is limited to the scheduled date and location of the car show as announced. The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value.

3. Donation Details

• Donation Amount: Each $20 donation provides one (1) entry for a chance to win.

• Entries Available: A maximum of 50 entries are available for each draw. Once all entries are taken, the draw will be closed for that city.

• Draw Date: The winner for each location will be drawn on December 30th, and the winners will be notified within 24 hours.

4. Entry and Donation Process

• Entries must be submitted through the official website [cateculp.com].

• A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of donation. Please retain this email as proof of entry.

• Donations are non-refundable.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries on December 30th.

• Cate will contact each winner via email or phone (as provided during donation) within 24 hours of the draw.

• Each winner must confirm attendance and provide preferred sizes and a shipping address for the merchandise within 48 hours of notification, or another winner may be selected.

6. Event Locations and Dates

• Chattanooga, Tennessee – O’Reilly Auto Parts World of Wheels, January 10-12

• Birmingham, Alabama – O’Reilly Auto Parts World of Wheels, January 31 - February 2

• Detroit, Michigan – 72nd Annual Meguiar’s Autorama, February 28 - March 2

• Chicago, Illinois – O’Reilly Auto Parts World of Wheels, March 7-9

7. Conditions of Prize Acceptance

• The winners agree to allow the use of their image, name, and likeness in promotional materials related to the Lhia Car Show Tour.

• Winners must arrange and cover their own travel and accommodations to attend the event. The prize does not include transportation or lodging.

• The one-on-one tour, dinner, and merchandise are subject to availability based on event schedules, venue restrictions, and stock.

8. Time Parameters for Meet-and-Greet

• Show Tour Duration: The one-on-one tour at the car show will last approximately one (1) hour. Cate and Rodney will coordinate with the winner to find a suitable time for the tour, as access to the car display area is limited.

• Dinner Duration: The dinner with Cate and Rodney will last up to two (2) hours at a nearby restaurant, with a $100 allowance included. Any costs exceeding $100 are the responsibility of the winner.

9. Limitations of Liability

• By entering, participants agree to release Cate, Rodney, and associated parties from any liability arising from participation in this donation campaign or acceptance of the prize.

• Cate reserves the right to alter or cancel the campaign at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

10. Privacy

• Personal information provided during donation will only be used for purposes related to this campaign and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

11. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from this campaign will be handled under the rules set out in these conditions.
